What Do You Eat?!


More than you think, actually!

While my “options” are smaller than those who haven’t chosen quality of life over quantity of convenience, it is not limiting.

Let’s take a look at an average day:

4:30am – wake up, drink some water and take my L-Carnitine

5:30am to 1:30pm – WERK WERK WERK, sipping water the entire time. (This is my waking fasting window)

1:00pm – Break my Fast! I might have a slice of Protein Noodle Lasagna, Keto Brownies, Decaf Coffee with some Heavy Cream. Or some fried Bacon Kale with Scrambled Eggs (Scrambled in the bacon fat) and a Keto Lemon Square (or 2… or 3).

4:30pm – Second Meal! I might have a big ol’ slice of Keto Meatloaf with Sugar Free Ketchup and some type of Keto dessert. Or some all beef grass-fed hot dogs with melted cheese and sauerkraut.

5:00pm – Start Fasting again!

8:00pm – Bedtime.
